"Not even sure this lady lives in Colorado anymore. We have multiple properties with this agency and have never met her. We have had numerous frustrating expereinces with her staff not understanding basic questions about car and homeowners insurance. One example is when we asked if Car Seats would be covered/replaced after and accident and they thought we were reffering to seats in a car vs seats for kids in a car 🤦🏻‍♂️. Would not recommend. Had a water leak in a rental so reached out to Kendra Gries - State Farm Insurance Agent to get it covered. They found a loophole to not cover it. Second time we have had to file a claim & second time they have worked to not cover things all while collecting monthly insurance premiums. Good bye!"
