"“Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”… unfortunately, my agent is not. I can never get the agent on the phone and am consistently redirected to office staff. When I had a simple payment question, someone in the office told me I should just use someone else’s login to access the policy. Being directed to use another person’s account is a red flag and made me question how loosely this office handles personal information. A simple one-time payment link could have solved the issue, but the advice given didn’t inspire much confidence. Because of this, and the ongoing difficulty reaching the agent directly, I moved my business to another agent. I was hoping to work with someone who would actually be there for me — not just there for the commission. Update: For clarity, I was a customer of the office. I don’t appreciate my experience being dismissed or questioned simply because I left a negative review. I’ve attached a screenshot of the guidance I received (personal details removed)."
