"I would strongly advise against using this agency. We’ve been loyal customers for years and even had our extended family switch over to them. However, during our recent attempt to move and purchase a new home, we encountered serious issues. Multiple agents assured us that filing endorsement claims would not impact our ability to obtain future coverage. Despite this, the agency is now refusing to insure our potential new homes and has been blatantly dishonest about the consequences of those claims—claims they had encouraged us to make, presenting them as beneficial. If this agency provides you with guidance or recommendations, I highly recommend verifying their information with an independent broker or another reputable insurance provider."

"This agency will low ball your current insurance quotes and then increase your rates massively in 6 months. Then will give you excuses about inflation and cost of repairs in your area with zero justification. After thorough investigation, we discovered that there was very little inflation for the covered period and that in 2024 accident repair only went up 3.7%. They will contact you again and again with ambigious info to the point of harrassment. We I asked to speak with the owner to address the situation, I was told that she is too busy. So I left there agency and went elsewhere and received much better pricing."
